The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, with one of the best showers I've had in my entire trip through South America. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. the hostel had a well-equipped kitchen where I could cook my own meals. Despite the rooms being a bit hot at night, there were plenty of outdoor patios and a rooftop where I could hang out and enjoy the cool breeze.
The walls in the hostel were poorly insulated, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the noise from the hallway. The bathrooms and kitchen could have been cleaned more regularly and thoroughly, as there was quite a bit of hair in the female bathroom.

The staff was amazing, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great, close to restaurants and in a calm neighborhood.
The rooms could get a bit warm at night, but opening a window helped. Additionally, the walls were quite thin, so noise from both inside the hostel and outside on the street could be heard.
